Tocai Italico.
Cultivation system, “a Cappuccina”, or arched cane; 10-year-old vineyard.
Grape-harvest period:
Middle of September, through a grape-harvest in crates.
Winemaking process:
It is carried out with a soft destemming/crushing process, defecation through enzymes and cryomaceration
at controlled temperature of 10-15°C for 12-15 hours.
Aging/Refining:
Fermentation in stainless steel containers at law temperature. A two-month refining process in bottle.
Colour:
Straw yellow.
Aroma:
Refined, delicate, with fruity, floral notes aroma; it is lasting and pleasant.
Taste:
It is bright and delicate, with a bitter almond aftertaste.
Alcoholic content:
12%.

10 °C.
